Shipping Policy

At Grace Studios, every order is hand-packed with care at our studio in Chennai. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order to you.

Where we ship
We currently ship across India through our delivery partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ekart and others, selected based on your location for fastest delivery). International shipping is not available at this time.

Order processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed, from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

You will receive an email and WhatsApp confirmation with your tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delivery timelines
Once shipped, expected delivery times are:
- Metro cities (Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas and North East: 7–10 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, or local conditions beyond our control.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated live at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected courier. You'll see the exact shipping cost before you place your order — no hidden fees, no surprises.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
At the moment, we accept prepaid orders only (UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets via Razorpay). We may introduce COD on select pincodes in the future.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account at gracestudios.in.

If you don't see a shipping update within 48 hours of placing your order, please reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.

Undelivered or returned shipments
If a shipment is returned to us because of:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- The customer being unreachable after multiple delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept the package
…we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping charges will apply for orders that are re-attempted after being returned undelivered, calculated based on the delivery address.

If you would prefer a refund instead of reshipment in such cases, we will refund the order value minus the original forward shipping and reverse shipping costs.

Damaged or lost shipments
We pack every order carefully, but in the rare case your order arrives damaged, please email us at orders@gracestudios.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the package and product. We'll make it right with either a replacement or full refund.

For lost shipments (no tracking movement for 7+ days), please reach out and we'll investigate with our courier partner and ship a replacement at no cost to you.
